The charges depend on your requirements. Whilst the general perception is that utilizing the services of an event management company is expensive, most of us fail to forget the simple law of Economies of Scale. Our supply chain is our backbone and when we offer them more orders to execute, we get a better deal as compared to individuals. So, our charges will be competitive as compared to the case where the individual organizes the event on his/her own. We have a package for some of the fixed charges and there will be some variable costs like transportation and installation charges, etc. We have different packages and you can choose a package that suits your budget and requirement. The charges depend on the services you opt for.
As part of the standard package we offer the following services - Arrangement of Purohit/Gurukkal (who will also assist in fixing the date and time of the event), Invitation printing assistance, catering service, direction map print-outs, food delivery incase you opt for food from hotels, chair/table/shamiana supplies, floral decoration, house-keeping services to clean the home before/after the event, photographers to capture your moments and supply of some of the Grahapravesam pooja items like garlands, gas stove, homa kundam etc. But again, if you have any other requirements we will try to meet that too, if possible.
At the moment our service is restricted to areas in and around Chennai. Our primary focus areas are OMR, Velachery, Oragadam, Ambattur, Porur, ECR and localities in Central & South Chennai..
